FIX AUTO DAGENHAM OFFICIALLY COMES OF AGE AS NETWORK COMMEMORATES 18TH ANNIVERSARY
Fix Auto Dagenham has officially come of age, with the repairer celebrating its 18th anniversary since signing up to Fix Auto UK and becoming the network’s – and the country’s – first Franchise Partner.
The relationship has continued to flourish over the years and is as strong as ever. Fix Auto UK’s Managing Director Ian Pugh seized an opportunity during a meeting with Fix Auto Dagenham’s popular directors Paul Cunningham and Neil Parker to mark the occasion to present a commemorative certificate.
Ian said: “As milestones go, everyone celebrates reaching an 18th – it’s is mightily special. I like to think Fix Auto UK is highly respected and established but what we celebrate today, what we’re continually building upon, is based on those foundations laid down by visionaries like Paul, Neil and their Managing Director Chris Oliver, who believed the Fix Family concept long before myself and the current senior management team was on board.”
Paul said: “It seems like only yesterday that we initially sat down and discussed the Fix Auto concept and here we are, 18 years later and what a journey it’s been!
“We were sold nothing more than a notion, the idea of repairers working together for the greater good of our independently owned businesses and the industry and it’s a concept that we still truly believe in. It’s a reality that’s still at the very core of our business model.
“The network is worlds away from those early days. The respect I truly believe we now receive from our industry peers is remarkable and it’s all underpinned by the professionalism of every single franchisee that makes up the network and the support we have with the head office team.”
